Elastic properties of moiré lattices in epitaxial two-dimensional materials
Unlike conventional two-dimensional (2D) semiconductor superlattices, moiré patterns in 2D materials are flexible and their electronic, magnetic, optical, and mechanical properties depend on their topography.
