Negative Differential Resistance in Spin-Crossover Molecular Devices
We demonstrate, based on low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and spectroscopy, a pronounced negative differential resistance (NDR) in spin-crossover (SCO) molecular devices, where a FeII SCO molecule is deposited on surfaces.
