PhD position in Printed Organics Electronics

Résumé offre printed OTFT : The PhD candidate will be joining the Institut d’Electronique et des Technologies du numeRique within the Organic and silicon systems (OASiS) team to work on the development of printed organic thin film transistors (OTFT). In particular, the PhD candidate will contribute in studying the replacement of heterojunction contacts (inorganic-organic) by homojunction contacts (organic-organic) using intrinsic semiconductor polymers and implementing transfer printing processes.
