Open Postdoctoral position: Characterization of electronic devices

This project consists in the design and characterization of sensing devices with homemade carbonaceous materials. New hybrid materials with interesting electronic properties have been obtained recently. Their potential use to elaborate active elements for devices is now the subject of thorough investigations. After a proper choice of the configuration of the devices (resistor, transistor,…) and their fabrication, campaigns of experimental measurements will be run in order to evaluate the ability of these materials to serve as active components in such devices and deeply understand the way how they work.
